Victorinox Wavy Edge Steak and Tomato Yellow Knife blade is made of high carbon stainless steel with a mirrored polish finish. It is unique anti-slip soft-grip plastic handle. The right blade hardness and the laser-tested cutting angle guarantee high edge retention. Expertly remove pepper seeds, swiftly core an apple, slice a pile of vegetables into sticks or finely dice them. The blade length is 11 cm. The set includes 2 identical knives.
